The Perfect Playroom Event: Mythic Paint Review and Giveaway

The strong odor of a freshly painted room is a familiar scent that is a thing of our past now that we have experienced painting with Mythic Non-Toxic paints.

Mythic paint is zero-VOC, zero-carcinogenic, premium line of latex paints. This makes the paint not only safe for people and pets, but also safe for our environment.

I know what you are thinking because I wondered the same thing: will this paint work as well as the typical paint we are accustomed to using?

My husband and I both agree, this is the best paint we have used (and we have done a lot of painting to our house). The first thing we discovered was the fantastic coverage Mythic paint provided. We used far less paint than we used the previous time we painted my daughter’s bedroom. We also noticed this paint was easier to work with, with less splatter than other paints. After painting the walls, we were so amazed with the splatter factor, that we did not bother covering the furniture when we painted the ceiling and not a drop got on it!

With a 1,232-color palette available to choose from, you can create the perfect room for any taste. Mythic paints also mixes any color from any competitor, but if you have a specific color in mind, they can work with you to turn your vision into a beautifully painted room!

We transitioned Chloe into Aiyana’s room and transformed Chloe’s nursery into a playroom. We wanted Chloe to truly feel like the bedroom was both hers and her sisters, so we wanted to change up the room. Both of my daughters love pink and we let Aiyana choose which pink to use. She selected Sweet Ambrorosia, a pink I thought might be too bright, but their room came out beautiful.

We painted the Sweet Ambrorosia Semi-Gloss over lavender and used the white interior ceiling paint over light lavender. The ceiling paint worked wonderful at covering slight flaws and imperfections.

Although the room really did not need to be painted, the change was nice and the result is beautiful! My daughters love their new room and I am one happy mama knowing that they are sleeping in a room we painted with Mythic Non-Toxic Paints!
