Beka’s Non-Stick Pancake Pan Review

Beka_LogoPancakes are a favorite in our home. When my husband has the day off, he often starts the morning cooking up a batch of pancakes – a routine that began when I was pregnant with Aiyana and craved his delicious banana pancakes.

Let me paint you a picture. The hubs is cheerfully flipping flapjacks, sipping on a hot cup of joe – all is lovely in the Flying Giggles household.

Okay, let me try again.

I am usually emptying the dishwasher while I am trying to tune out his complaints about the griddle he is using. I hear snippets of “uneven distribution of heat” and “they keep sticking”, usually followed by “we really need a new pan.”

The problem is, the griddle he was using was thoughtfully purchased as a gift from his loving wife. That is right, from me and trust me, lesson learned – the most expensive is not always the best. And because I had no idea what to look for, I purchased the most expensive – it was not the best, not even great.

I knew we needed something different and thanks to Beka, we found it – their Non-Stick Pancake Pan is the perfect non-stick option for our family’s pancakes.

Of course, I had no idea what to expect since we have gone through our fair share of pans. I kept my excitement to a minimum and I knew the true test was getting the approval from my husband.

The pan is stainless steel with a Teflon platinum pro non-stick surface. You can use this on all stove-tops and it is dishwasher safe. The pan’s handle is ergonomically designed for easy grip.

All the features added up to a perfect pan for my husband. And now, as I empty the dishwasher while he is cooking up a batch of pancakes, I get to listen to him talk about how much he loves his pan. The pan is designed to only be used on low to medium heat because the materials used to make Beka cookware conducts heat quickly and efficiently – and according to the hubs, evenly. I love the easy clean-up of the Beka Pan!

I have to say, I have always enjoyed my husband’s pancakes, but using Beka’s Pan, they were absolutely delicious. And the same goes for the Grilled Cheese sandwiches that were cooked up in the pan.

Now my husband wants a set of Beka’s cookware. They have many pieces available ranging from fondue sets to woks. It will be easy to find the perfect pieces to fill all of our cooking needs. I would love to add a piece at a time and with proper care, we will not have to buy another set for 25 years – and by then, we will be living in the back house of Aiyana or Chloe’s home.

Convincing me Beka is the cookware suited for our family is a breeze, especially after trying it out first-hand, but just as important is knowing Beka cookware is eco-friendly. Their conscious efforts extend past ensuring a safe non-stick material to “the total environment of saving energy, efficiency and time.”

My granny would definitely agree with you. She loves cooking pancakes using Beka. She said aside from the pan heats up so fast, it’s ecofriendly too.

This sounds like a great pan! I do not have a pancake pan just use our griddle but a pan would be great.
